Are you tired of the celebrity driven circus that has been revolving around Paris Hilton? Does the hotel heiress deserve to be behind bars for her flagrant disregard for the law? As a popular media figure, should she be more responsible to set an example for the impressionable teenagers who emulate her?

The Baby Boomers or so called 'Me Generation,' on some level, weren't all that different. They were often seen as egocentric and self absorbed, as having a sense of entitlement. But, along the way, they developed the capacity for self reflection. Now, entering the retirement years, they are serving the greater good and are often referred to as the 'We Generation.' Paris Hilton can learn a lesson or two from the changes in their attitudes and behavior:

1. Taking a step back helps you see the situation from a much different angle and develop a new perspective. Listening to your inner voice can provide comfort and reassurance as you recognize how your basic character strengths support you. Focus on what's important, and try to integrate core values and personal ideals into how you view the world.

2. Let go of your concerns about the present moment and look at the bigger picture. Time passes quickly - use it to your advantage and make different choices about your future. Set new long range goals as well as short term objectives. Commit to a process of change - and then move forward, step by step.

3. Look to satisfying others instead of only giving yourself pleasure. Learn that gratitude is a very powerful emotion. Tell others what you appreciate about them. Watch their positive reaction to what you say and see how that makes you feel.

4. Increase your capacity to be resilient. Releasing tension through humor will help you begin to bounce back. It is not easy to maintain your sense of optimism when the circumstances are complicated. But focus your thoughts on what you can accomplish and manage, rather than on what you cannot.

5. When problems seem just too hard to handle, giving back provides a welcome diversion. Find your true spirit of idealism and make a contribution to those less fortunate. Be generous with your skills and time as you become involved with social activism. Change society for the better and you'll eventually transform yourself.

Back in jail and feeling a little less vulnerable, Paris Hilton seems to be singing a different tune. She now saysthat she will serve her time, not cause any more trouble and use her power to make a difference. More spiritual already, she sees herself growing emotionally from her jail experience.

Only time will tell if she is truly ready to roll up her sleeves and be a role model for the young people who look up to her. Instead of focusing on the latest clubbing venues, perhaps she will use her flair for self promotion in a more positive way. Let's hope so - for her sake and the sake of our children.

Yes Paris Hilton has been a victim of acne. One more thing to add to her bag of woe. Brad Pitt still has scars from his acne. The Harry Potter bunch had an outbreak during the filming of the last episode. Acne does not discriminate. It hits all ages, sizes, and colors. Acne does not care about your profession or social statis.

During times of high social interaction, such as proms, summer time beach parties, holiday seasons, also means high anxiety over appearance. That can trigger an outbreak of acne. Anxiety factors such as final exams, job interviews, and such can also cause acne outbreaks. In fact, the effects of acne go far beyond skin deep. It impacts a person's self-esteem. Teens were most at risk, given the link between physical appearance and social acceptance amongst their peers.

Yes acne can kill. It can kill your social life. It can kill your confidence, your good looks, your chances for success.I remember as a young teenager I had acne, and no social life. I remember what it was like to be teased about having acne. One of the things that really hurt was when one of the older boys would say, the reason I had such bad acne was because I masturbated.

The sad part was I had no way to prove that what he said was not true. As a matter of fact I kinda believed him. Yes I like all the other teenage boys I did masturbate, and yes I had acne. So maybe there was a connection. To make things worse, no matter if it was true or not I was not going to give up masturbating.

As I got older and my acne subsided and eventually went away. That was when I found out that what I was told about acne was not true. Then in my early twenties it happened! An outbreak of acne. As I look back I can say it was not very bad, but to a young man just one pimple is one too many. That is when I began to study acne and it's causes. There are a lot of products on the market, but I only know of one that really works using natural ingredients.

During my studies I have found out that teenagers are not the only ones that suffer from acne. There is adult acne, and even infantile or baby acne. Acne can strike anyone at any age. Because of the problems I encountered as a teenager I decided to create a blog to publish information that will be helpful to anyone suffering from acne.

Many people have the impression that heiress Paris Hilton is actually spoiled and does not work for a living, but actually, that is very wrong. They tend to assume that fact because that’s the image she often portrays in public, but in real life, she has been making her own money since she was 18 years old.

Back then, Paris used to earn her money by doing photo shoots for magazines. She even made money by simply appearing at night clubs and partying. But after the success of the TV show “Simple Life” and the release of a sex tape by her ex-boyfriend, Rick Solomon, she became very famous in the United States and worldwide.

In late August 2006, her debut album “Paris” was released and within a week, 75 000 copies were sold in the United States and 150 000 copies worldwide. In fact, “Paris” hit #6 on the worldwide chart and on Billboards. So far, more than 500 000 records have been sold.

Of course, music and movies are not the only things that Paris does. She is also building her own empire and hopes to be bigger than her great-grandfather Conrad Hilton. She has launched a successful fragrance collection line with many perfumes for women and men. She even has her own video game titled “Diamond Quest” which is produced by Gameloft.
